Refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. I encourage you to choose carefully and feel confident in your selection before purchasing. Thank you for supporting small, slow-made ceramics.
Damages and Delivery Issues
Once your piece arrives, please take a moment to check everything over. If there are any issues—damage, defects, or an incorrect item—reach out right away so I can make it right. Photos of the item and packaging are greatly appreciated and help speed things up.
If your piece arrives damaged, you will be entitled to a refund, store credit, or, where possible, a remake of the piece.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
